Home Services

Our services

Home, wellbeing, learning and independence, joined up around each young person.

Residential Homes

Small, homely houses where teenagers have their own room, their own routines and adults who stay.

Our homes are ordinary houses on ordinary streets. Young people have their own space, help to choose how it looks and a consistent team who get to know them well. Days have structure, meals are shared and there is always an adult on hand.

  • Own bedroom, decorated their way
  • A steady team, not a stream of strangers
  • Staff on hand day and night

Therapeutic Support

Support that understands what young people have been through and helps them make sense of it.

Many young people come to us after loss, trauma or a run of placement moves. We look for the need behind the behaviour, and we help young people access therapy and specialist services when they need more.

  • A trauma-aware approach to everyday care
  • Help to access therapy and CAMHS
  • Calm, predictable routines that build trust

Education & Learning

Getting back into school, college or training, with someone in their corner.

We work with schools, virtual school heads and colleges to keep learning on track. Homework time, tutoring and help with attendance are part of the week, and every achievement gets noticed.

  • Close work with schools and virtual school heads
  • Homework support and tutoring
  • Help to plan college, training or work

Life Skills & Independence

Practical skills for adult life, learned step by step at home.

Cooking, budgeting, travel, appointments and managing a home. We build these skills gradually so that when a young person moves on, they leave ready and confident, and they know they can still call us.

  • Cooking, budgeting and travel training
  • Support with health and appointments
  • Planning for moving on, at their pace

Common questions

How do I refer a young person?

Call us or send a referral through our contact page. We will talk through the young person's needs and come back to you quickly with a clear answer.

How do you decide if a placement is right?

We look at the young person's needs and at the young people already living in the home, so the match works for everyone.

Can young people keep in touch with family?

Yes. We support family time and contact as set out in the young person's care plan.

Do you help young people prepare to move on?

Yes. Life skills and planning for the future are built into everyday life, at a pace that suits each young person.
